Parameters c A pointer to yrmcds. key Key data. key_len Length of key. data Data. data_len Length of data. quiet 0 to send Append, other values to send AppendQ. serial A pointer to uint32_t, or NULL. Returns 0 if succeeded. Other values indicate an error. This function sends Append/AppendQ command to the server.
